I work with individuals, couples, and groups moving through anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, or self-doubt.
It often shows up in a familiar moment — someone says something that stings, and before you've had a chance to think, you've already reacted. Or you're caught in a thought loop that won't let go.
As a relational coach and grief counselor, I help you slow down, recognize these patterns as they happen, and build the space to respond with clarity instead of reacting on autopilot. Over time, this deepens self-trust and builds real, lasting resilience. This is non-clinical, relational support to consider new ways of thinking and being— not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.
Navigate Life’s Curves with Mindful ResiliencePractical tools, mindful awareness, and compassionate support to help you cultivate clarity, steadiness, and emotional resilience in everyday life.
Finding Your Path Back to Yourself
Life doesn’t move in straight lines. Stress, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs are inevitable. Mindful resilience gives you the practices and strategies to navigate these curves with equanimity and insight. At the heart of this approach is self-compassion. By treating yourself with kindness and understanding, you create space to observe your emotions without judgment, develop clarity of thought, and respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically.

Working Together
We co-create a path that emphasizes:
• Recognizing automatic thought patterns and shifting perspective
• Building emotional resilience through mindful awareness
• Cultivating clarity, coherence, and thoughtful forward movement
• Developing practical tools for daily life and big transitions
The result is a greater ability to navigate challenges, foster self-compassion, and live with balance and stability.

Emotion as a Signpost
Emotions are not problems to fix; they are signs guiding us toward clarity and balance. When you learn to experience emotions fully, as felt nonverbal body sensations, they just feel different. You don’t need to analyze them in order to gain understanding. Simply allowing that felt state to exist as it is, helps soften the impact; leading to the natural integration of emotional responses.
Mindfulness is a cornerstone: cultivating awareness of thoughts and feelings strengthening resilience and giving you a grounded, steady presence in the midst of life’s challenges.

My Path Is To Be Of Service
I'm a relational coach, grief counselor, author, and visual artist— a third-generation counselor. My mother and grandmother both had flourishing careers in psychology; in many ways, this work chose me before I chose it. For as long as I can remember, people have opened up to me easily, sharing things they don't share elsewhere, and finding something steady and clarifying in return. I am told there is a gentle tide welling up inside of me, washing over those I'm with.
I bring that quality of presence to my work: calm, empathetic, and closely attuned to what's happening beneath the surface for the people I work with. I don't believe emotions need to be fixed or explained away— I believe they need space, and the right kind of attention.
I'm also the author of the forthcoming book Calm in the Eye of the Storm, on rebuilding a life through grief— drawn from my own experience of loss, and the tools I've since built to help others walk through theirs.
Together, we can make a difference.
