There are moments when something in your life- or within you, asks for deeper attention. This is a space to slow down and listen.

I’m a relational coach and grief counselor with a Master’s degree in psychology and fully completed doctoral coursework in clinical psychology. I work with adults who are seeking greater clarity, emotional depth, and resilience as they navigate the quiet complexities of being human.

My approach integrates psychological insight, mindfulness, and compassionate inquiry. Together, we explore your inner landscape, strengthen your capacity to be with complex emotions, and cultivate grounded, practical ways of moving through uncertainty.

This work is rooted in the belief that clarity doesn’t come from avoiding our inner world, but from learning how to be with it. We slow down, listen more closely, and make space for what lives beneath the surface—so emotions can be integrated rather than managed, and your responses become more intentional rather than reactive.

I offer a non-clinical, supportive space- one that is not mental health treatment, but a place to deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and expand your capacity to meet life’s challenges with patience and steadiness. The focus is on reflection, integration, and meaningful personal growth.

My work is spiritually informed while remaining accessible and relevant to a wide range of perspectives. I draw from psychology, mindfulness, and holistic modalities, including Reiki and Polarity Therapy.

At the core of my work is a simple intention: to meet you where you are, and to support you in relating to your experience with greater clarity, equanimity, and balance.
