  • As a Integration Coach and Grief Counselor, I help clients let go of expectations that hold them  hostage. Does anger, self-doubt, or anxiety keep you from living in the present and fully enjoying your life?

    By redefining what our emotional reactions mean to us, it is possible to shift our perspective, allowing us to be truthful, emotionally present, and find more satisfaction. Emotions are a signpost bringing clarification and motivation to consider our options for how to move forward. It’s possible to feel, integrate and benefit from the full spectrum of our emotions. Together we can make a difference toward a richer more balanced way of seeing ourselves and the world.

  • My Philosophy

    Change your perspective and the world changes with you, bringing the opportunity to be who you truly want to be.

     

    The way we see things colors our perception and ultimately how the world appears to us. We are shaped by the past and automatically driven by what lurks below consciousness in the name of safety. We are designed to adapt to our environment, however change does not come easily, because our mind unconsciously anticipates a repetition of the past. For the brain to work as efficiently as possible, details of the present situation we find ourself in are expeditiously skipped over. Unfortunately, the more this process happens, the more engrained our expectations become.

     

    By slowing down, it is possible to engage in self-reflection that honors our ability to see things in a new light. Stop making decisions, based on unconscious expectations and discover more clarity. Stop, take a breath and let yourself out of reactionary thinking to move in a direction of intentional ease and harmony. Together we will consider areas of difficulty to kindle a fire of growth, passion and joy. We will develop tools to look at ourselves and the world in a different light, to inform and inspire new ways of moving through struggle. One can learn to witness the feelings without getting caught up in them. Build a greater threshold for emotional reactions by allowing them to exist, while stepping back to consider their emergence. Emotion is a felt experience, operating on a different level of communication. It is not necessary to understand them in an analytical sense, by just allowing them to exist they accomplish a biological imperative and become integrated. Emotion allowed to exist, without being pushed away brings a greater ability to calmly be in your own inner-world, allowing movement through the outside world with more ease.

     

    Self-discovery will inspire a stronger sense of compassion towards ourselves and empathy towards others. From this place we can see the overarching themes that shape who we are and open up space to be who we want to be.

  • My life path is to be of service.

     

    With a master’s degree in clinical psychology and being a Reiki Practitioner, I offer support in recognizing self-limiting beliefs that hold us back from being who we truly want to be. The journey is grounded in the recognition of our own innate healing ability. My holistic approach takes into consideration the entire person, body mind and soul. I meet you where you’re at, holding the space to assist in creating the results you are seeking.
